Galvanized Corrugated
Corrugated Galvanized Iron or Steel sheets are a lightweight roofing material made of thin sheets, stiffened by corrugations. Corrugations, such as waves, considerably increase the strength and stiffness of the lightweight material. Indeed, without these waves, the metal sheets are fragile and highly deformable.
Uses of Galvanized Corrugated Sheet
Galvanized corrugated panels are high in strength and lightweight. Considering its excellent corrosion resistance and durability, it is trusted by professionals and homeowners for different applications.
1. Wall Cladding & Roof Panels
2. Fencing, Siding, Partitoning, Garage Doors
3. Sandwich Panels
4. Home Appliance Shells,Chimneys, Kitchenware, etc.
FEATURES
1. High Toughness
Galvanized corrugated sheet combines steel strength with corrugated design, which makes it high in strength to withstand extreme weather, like heavy snow, wind, etc. Thickness will greatly influence the strength and durablity. Generally, the common thickness for roofing is 0.4- 0.6 mm. You can choose according to the location weather condicition and your use purpose.
2. Excellent Corrosion Resistance
The zinc coating on its surface will make the galvanized corrugated sheet more resistant to corrosion and rust. So its service life is more than 30 years under normal conditions.
3. Easy Installation
Galvanized corrugated sheet is very light. For example, a square meter of 0.45-mm-thick corrugated GI sheet weighs about 4.25 kg. So it is easy to transport and install.
